Frequently Asked Questions 

  1. How do I book a party & for how many people ? 
    All you have to do is just find the restaurant from your district and enter how may people are going to the party and then you should select the date and time of the venue, Then simply you can pay for the total party amount displayed in PayPal. The booking is limited to 30 members per party in a restaurant.
  2. What are the items included in the per person price ?
    Your friends  or family members can order any one of the starters(eg: Chicken soup) ,and any one one of the main courses (eg : Chicken biryani with gravy ) ,and any one of the desserts (eg :vattilaappam) So one person will get one of each starter, main course, Dessert).
  3. How can my friend or family member confirm to the restaurant that the order is paid ?
    Your friend or family member will get a text message from EATLANKA with a secret code number, so that they can confirm the restaurant that the order is paid.
  4. What if my friends or family members eat extra items from the restaurant ?
    Any extra items apart from the set menu has to be paid by the customer to the restaurant.
  5. What if the restaurant hasn’t got some menu items ?
    All the menu items in the restaurant menu are subject to the restaurants availability.
  6. I have booked for 15 people but one person can’t go, Now what ?
    Not a problem, You always can get a take away for the party member who couldn’t attend on that day and refunds will not be provided by the restaurant for the party member who is absent.
  7. Do I need to signup to order ?
    Yes all the customers should signup in the website before they pay ,it will take only few minutes.
  8. I’ve forgotten my password, Now what ?
    You always can retrieve your password by clicking the forgot password link in the log menu.
  9. I,ve forgotten my user name, Now what ?
    You always can retrieve your user name  by clicking the forgot username  link in the log menu.
  10. What methods of payments are accepted ?
    We accept PayPal payments and the Card payments as well, they are the most secured payment systems in the world.
  11. Why don’t you provide service to my country ?
    Sorry to hear at the moment we only do service to srilanka and please check our website often for the future announcements.
  12. How do I get refund ?
    You can get refund for a valid reason but refunds only can be requested one day prior to the booking day or else you always can take away from the restaurant.
