User will not be able to cancel the order he placed as the order will placed and notified to the preferred restaurant instantly, but it is possible for the beneficiary that they can get a take away from the restaurant they ordered,

User will not able to get refund for the order placed instead the beneficiary can ask for the take away from their restaurant if some of the beneficiary is unable to attend to the restaurant in the booked timing

The beneficiary will be able to select their starter, main course, desert only from the buffet pack which has been ordered.

We do not guarantee the availability of all items listed on menus. In the event that an item is not available, we will seek to source a reasonable alternative
